Our Queen

Carlyn entered the Little Queen pagent during the celebration this weekend. I had mentioned something to her earlier in the week and on Thursday she told me that she wanted to do it. This really suprised me because she is a little on the shy side. Even after I explained to her how she'd have to stand on a stage infront of lots of people and answer a few questions, she was still interested. Here she is answering a few questions. I was so impressed on how well she spoke. She talked loud enough to hear and smiled the whole time. I reminded her before she went up on stage that no matter who won, she was mom's winner!

"If you had $100 what would you do with it?" "Buy a t.v."

"What's your favorite t.v. show?" "GoodLuck Charlie"

"What do you want to be when you grow up?" "A teacher"

I asked her later what she thought when he said her name. She told me that she didn't even hear Bob say her name.
