Once again I'm going to try and get caught up. Two weeks ago tomorrow, the kids got to see Santa at the Buhr's Christmas party. They were so excited, waiting on Santa to get there they could hardly eat. Carlyn acted like it was her first trip around the block. She got real shy all of the sudden. Santa brought Carlyn a Tangled Barbie doll.
Once Santa arrived Bowen ran right up to him and wanted picked up. So he was the first to be held by Santa. I was so surprised by this. I wasn't for sure how he'd react. Then when it came to getting his gift, he wasn't too sure what to think. Santa gave Bowen a Mr. Potato Head, which actually keeps him busy for a little while.
While Aldon was eating he told everyone that he knew that Santa was going to bring him an airplane. So when he opened his present and it was a motorcycle thing, I was relieved to see he was really excited.
